Elegelli is the data controller for the information you submit through https://careers@elegelli.com. You can reach us at careers@elegelli.com for anything described in this notice.

Only what the application form asks for: your first and last name, email address, phone number, country and city, the position you are applying for, your CV, an optional LinkedIn profile, an optional portfolio or Instagram link, and the text you write in answer to “Why would you like to join Elegelli?”.

We do not ask for special category data such as health, religion or ethnicity, and we ask you not to include it in your CV or your answer.

To assess your application, to contact you about it, and to run the hiring process described on the position page. We do not use it for marketing and we do not make automated decisions about you.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting for open roles and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we keep your application on file beyond the role you applied for, the basis is the consent you give on the form, which you can withdraw at any time.

The people at Elegelli involved in hiring for the role. Your application is also handled by the service providers that operate this website and deliver the form: our hosting provider, and our email or application-intake provider. They act on our instructions and only for this purpose.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.
