International Sales Representative
Introduction
Elegelli receives professional enquiries from across Europe every week — from salons, small distributors and independent artists we have never contacted. This role exists to make sure none of that demand is wasted and to build outbound activity on top of it.
Your mission
Convert inbound and outbound interest into consistent, repeating professional customers across several European markets, and become the reliable point of contact those customers keep coming back to.
What you will do
- Qualify and respond to inbound B2B enquiries quickly and professionally
- Build outbound prospecting lists for assigned markets and run structured email, phone and social outreach
- Run product introduction calls with salons, academies and small distributors
- Prepare quotes, follow up systematically and close first orders
- Reactivate dormant accounts and turn one-time buyers into repeat customers
- Keep the CRM accurate: every contact, stage, next step and outcome
- Coordinate with logistics on order details, shipping timelines and documentation
- Report weekly on activity, conversion and what is blocking deals
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of sales experience, or a strong first commercial experience with clear results
- Fluent English plus at least one of German, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Dutch at professional level
- Willingness to do real outbound work, including cold calls and cold emails
- Fast, clear and professional in writing across several languages
- Highly organised — nothing falls through the cracks
- Self-directed and consistent when working remotely
- Genuine interest in the product and the professional beauty industry
Nice to have
These are optional.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, e-commerce or wholesale
- Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
- Comfort with a CRM and basic sales reporting
What we offer
- A real path to grow into market ownership as the team expands
- Fixed compensation plus performance-based commission, discussed openly in the first call
- Fully remote work within Europe with a flexible schedule
- Product and sales training, and direct feedback from the founder
- Exposure to the whole commercial side of an international brand, not one narrow task
- Clear, measurable objectives so you always know where you stand
Compensation includes a fixed component and performance-based commission. We discuss the structure openly in the first call.
How we hire
- Application review — we read every application ourselves, usually within one week.
- Introductory call — 30 minutes with the founder or hiring lead to cover the role and your background.
- Practical exercise — a short, realistic task related to the role. We do not ask for unpaid project work.
- Final conversation — deeper discussion on how you work, followed by a decision.
Elegelli values ability, ownership and results more than traditional credentials. If you do not match every point but believe you can do the work, apply anyway.
